During this initial appointment our licensed therapist will spend 75 minutes with you  getting to know you and begin to understand your needs.  During this session we will explore personal history, your current concerns, and goals for therapy while also going over practice policies.  This sessions helps create a safe foundation for our work together and ensures hat therapy is tailored specifically  for you.

I do not accept insurance; however, I can provide a superbill for you to submit for potential reimbursement through your insurance provider. Payment is handled securely through credit/debit or HSA.
